Comprehensive Background Check
Every caregiver undergoes a thorough criminal background check before joining our team.
Skills Assessment
We verify experience and evaluate competency for the specific type of care they’ll be providing.
Reference verification
We check references — and we actually call them.
CPR and First Aid Certified
Required for all caregivers before their first shift.
California Home Care Aide Registry Registered
All caregivers are registered per state requirements.
Specialized Training as Needed
Dementia and Alzheimer’s care, I/DD support, RWA and PPS certification for disability services clients.
Ongoing Training and Development
