A family member, friend, or trusted community member who’s already involved—or could be—in your loved one’s care.

Step 2:

They become a Care Partners caregiver

We bring them on as an employee, handle onboarding, training, and the certification requirements (background checks, CPR, I/DD-specific training where needed).

Step 3:

You get the funding, they get the support

Whether it’s Regional Center funding, CalAIM, or a path that bridges into IHSS—we manage the administrative side. Payroll, compliance, scheduling support, ongoing training.

Step 4:

Care continues, even as funding changes

This is the part most families don’t realize: when IHSS approval eventually comes through, your caregiver doesn’t change. The funding source changes. Your loved one keeps the person they trust.
